Senior Manager of Product Management | EDI

The Sr Manager of Product Management will set the direction for the Global EDI product team with responsibility for driving our global product strategy, increasing adoption and use of our products by strategizing with multiple stakeholders, working with customers in their native environment, managing competing priorities and socializing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.;

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan and direct the overall initiatives of the Global Product Management team, ensuring clarity around development and commercialization priorities from product conception to end-of-life.
• Create and lead execution of global, multi-year product and technical roadmaps to achieve product and business strategy goals.
• Proactively identify, define, and deliver high-value product opportunities aligned with key business strategies and objectives.
• Lead analyses of the competitive environment, customer feedback, and product metrics to determine the most impactful features for driving engagement, conversion, and adoption.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with teams and stakeholders worldwide to deliver experiences that meet holistic business needs and perspectives.
• Strategize with multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and socialize product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to drive product adoption and usage.

What You Will Likely Bring

• 10+ years of experience with demonstrated success in product management or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing employees.
• 3+ years of experience within Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
• Ability to work cross-functionally, influence others, and drive development of product technology and commercial insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Technical Acumen and Commercial Insights: Strong understanding of B2B integration including EDI and APIs, cloud-native technology and architecture, and protocols combined with the ability to align product strategy with business goals to drive sales growth.
