The Opportunity: The Senior Business Development Manager is a subject matter expert who will primarily evangelize Enel's demand response and energy cost management solutions, while driving revenue growth for the company. Working in a hybrid capacity both out in the field and remotely, the BDM will enjoy autonomy, as well as the support of a bright, dedicated, and collaborative sales team. This role requires a confident and professional self-starter who is experienced interfacing with executive level leadership to solve big business problems, aggressive in finding and closing business, comfortable engaging the full range of stakeholders across the customer organization, focused on meeting the customer's needs, and able to work well within a team of sales managers in a rapidly growing business. An individual in this role is tasked with connecting customer pain points to a world class solution suite offered by Enel. Proven success prospecting and managing a complex sales process for consultative services is critical. What You'll Do at Enel North America:
