Job Summary:

The Commercial Lending Credit Administration Specialist is part of a team responsible for supporting various loan systems and products used primarily by the Commercial Lending division. This position will lead and manage various commercial lending projects and is the subject matter expert for commercial credit processes. The position will also provide support of the loan systems and commercial loan products, which may include ancillary internal and third-party systems as well as Letters of Credit and SWAPs.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

  • Executes the product roadmap, backlog and strategic initiatives to deploy new features and functionality in collaboration with business needs related to commercial credit and lending
  • Conducts hands-on reviews of business processes and procedures. Assists management in the development and ongoing review of policies, procedures and best practices
  • Provides product support for commercial lending products, which may include Letters of Credit and SWAPs
  • Identifies training needs and prepares and facilitates training for end users; this includes new employee training, regulatory changes, new features and refresher training as required
  • In conjunction with system administrator, manages product enhancements and system releases by testing new functionality, deploying in production environment and communicating to end-users
  • Conducts research on emerging products, services, protocols and standards in support of LOS software development efforts as well as any loan ancillary systems, integrated or stand alone, in conjunction with LOS
  • Provides administrative support of additional systems and projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • At least three years of Commercial Lending or Underwriting experience
  • At least three years of experience in project work and/or system administration
  • Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Experience using Commercial Loan Origination Systems (i.e. Abrigo, nCino)
  • Knowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Ability to document and maintain process and procedures.

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $65,000 - $77,000
