General Summary:
The Director of Nursing for Skilled Nursing is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and resident care. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, manages budgets, sets nursing care standards, coordinates services, and supports staff development. Leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care are essential.

Qualifications:

• Required: BSN, NYS RN license, Long Term Care certification, 2+ years supervisory experience in Long Term Care
• Preferred: Master's degree, 5+ years in Long Term Care, 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in key healthcare software and systems.
• Must meet pre-employment screening and physical requirements.
