Associate Workday HRIS Analyst

Description & Requirements

Reporting to the HRIS Operations Manager, the Associate HRIS Analyst will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organization's HRIS applications. This includes overseeing workforce data management, optimizing business processes, and generating reports. The role is focused on ensuring data integrity, performing system tests, supporting HRIS upgrades, and analyzing data flows to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
End-User Support

- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and resolving issues in the HRIS ticket queue.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for HR and Payroll-related inquiries.
- Monitor recurring system/data issues or process gaps and proactively recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and system functionality.
- Assist in creating and maintaining training materials for end-users, collaborating with the HRIS team and functional HR leads.

System Testing
- Assist functional teams with testing during Workday releases.
- Support other HRIS Analysts with testing new system configurations, as needed.

Data Integrity & Reporting
- Help create and maintain reports to support business needs.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and system maintenance.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to solve technical or process-related issues.
- Skilled at managing time effectively and prioritizing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative on tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in HR, HRIS, or IT.
- Workday HCM experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR operations, HRIS, and HR data management.
