As a Client Engagement Manager at Flatirons, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful outcomes for both our clients, our company and your career. In this role, you are responsible for project delivery along with client relationship management. You will manage teams and lead strategic planning to advise clients on how technology enables business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Project Leadership. Lead the successful delivery of client technology solutions. Oversee scope, schedule, quality, resources and budgets to meet solution goals while ensuring high levels of client and team satisfaction.

  • Cultivate Relationships and Lead Communications. Build and maintain strong relationships through clear communications, building rapport and establishing Flatirons as a trusted advisor. Articulate the financial and business benefits a company gains by implementing a new technology solution.

  • Business Designer. Lead workshops to identify and crystalize requirements aimed at streamlining business processes while optimizing management of client's content throughout its entire lifecycle - from creation and distribution to archiving and eventual deletion, ensuring content remains accurate, accessible, and compliant with regulations.

  • Strategic Account and Industry Growth. Assist Sales in the development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems and grow business within key customer accounts and target industries.



SKILLS



  • Executive Relationship Management. Skilled in building and maintaining executive level relationships, fostering client trust and establishing strong working relationships.

  • Own, Plan and Lead. Proven track record of taking ownership to identify and bring solutions to challenges. Demonstrated experience planning and leading enterprise-level technology solutions across the solution lifecycle (business analysis, requirements definition, development, testing and support) in a Professional Services capacity using methodologies such as SDLC and Agile. Detailed oriented with ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.

  • Technology Background with Eagerness to Learn. Experience leading IT Solutions, Application Development or Digital Transformation solutions (preferably in large Enterprise organizations) with eagerness to learn new technologies such as GenAI (LLM, RAG) in order to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client challenges. Understanding and experience with Enterprise Content Lifecycle Management (ECLM) technologies, such as Documentum, is a plus.

  • Communication, Collaboration and Facilitation. Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills with ability to communicate succinctly. Highly collaborative with an unwavering commitment to the success of the client and your team.

  • Contracts and Deal Structure. Practical knowledge defining core elements of an opportunity (scope, approach, timeline, deliverables, level of effort) within a formal contract framework (SOW, Change Request, etc.).

  • Business and Financial Acumen. Knowledge and understanding of basic business financials with the ability to manage project budgets and utilization (actual and forecast). Able to assess the financial and business value to the client's business due to the technology solution.

  • Technical Proficiency. Skilled in tools like Rally, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration platforms like MS Teams.

  • Flexible and Travel-Ready. Self-directed, able to multi-task, and open to travel up to 25% based on business needs.



EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION



  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position within enterprise technology consulting services.


  • Bachelor's degree or experience in related field are preferred.
