Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Duties include but not limited to)

  • Gains familiarity with credit & collections concepts, practices and methodologies.
  • Reconciles customer accounts
  • Credit management and application on accounts
  • Collections of outstanding AR balances to include account maintenance, customer inquiries, final past due notifications, and non-payment suspensions and deprovisions
  • Works with account management team and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and account discrepancies
  • Answers client incoming calls and makes outgoing calls and provides a quality, responsive and positive customer contact experience related to collections, payments or billing disputes
  • Responds to email inquiries regarding payments, past due, invoices, and credits, directing to leaders if escalation is needed
  • Working with customers to clarify and resolve payment issues
  • Coordinating with sales and other operational stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding of customer status and credit issues
  • Documenting status, progress and issues.
  • Educates and directs customers to the Customer Portal for self-service
  • Utilizes Salesforce ticketing system to respond to AR customer inquiries and record all customer interactions
  • Manages and assists with distribution of Salesforce Billing cases, mailboxes, and voicemails
  • Directs customer inquiries and questions to appropriate team members
  • Assists in billing order overflow
  • Supports Billing Analysts with ad hoc billing and other requests
  • Assists with other tasks and projects as assigned
  • Maintains standards as established through existing methods and procedures
  • Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Learns and adheres to company regulatory requirements


Educational & Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in area of responsibility required, Finance and/or Billing
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Problem solving skills


USD 54,200.00 - 81,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $54,200.00 - $81,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
