Position Details:The Child Mind Institute (CMI) is looking for a Senior Administrative Coordinator to support the Vice President (VP) Global Programs and global programs leadership team. You will work with the VP of Global programs to facilitate administrative and clinical functions and support the initiatives and growth of global programs. This role must work across a broad range of individuals including policy-makers, clinicians, researchers, and community leaders. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will handle highly confidential and time-sensitive financial, legal, and institutional material while exercising professionalism and discretion. We ask that you have exemplary time management skills and the ability to anticipate the VP of Global Program and leadership team's needs. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Programs, this is an exempt, full-time position located in our NYC headquarters office. You will be in the office, 5-days per week for this role. You Will:

Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
