OverviewMicrosoft's Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) organization seeks an experienced attorney to join the HR Legal team as Principal Corporate Counsel.
ResponsibilitiesProactively driving strategy and execution as lead counsel responsible for responding to and resolving agency investigations and pre-litigation disputes, such as EEOC and similar state agency charges, DOL/OFCCP compliance reviews, labor arbitrations, and private claims; Engaging and directing outside counsel; Providing innovative, practical legal advice regarding employment-related disputes to clients at all levels; Building and maintaining professional, trusted, productive relationships throughout the company and with external parties; andPartnering in the development and expansion of programmatic, cost-effective solutions for delivering legal services at scale. | |
