Job Summary:

The Account Maintenance Rep is responsible for ensuring all documentation on Demand Deposit and Savings accounts within the bank are compliant with Bank policy and meet all regulatory standards. The Account Maintenance Rep ensures that operations functions are processed according to procedures, meeting all designated service levels, and are set up accurately on bank systems. This position is responsible for processing quality checks on opened and closed accounts, maintenance to accounts, CIP verification, and research for branch offices. This position must perform superior customer service while working with our customers. They will also conduct research and update discrepancies in multiple systems and assist in resolving issues.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

Performs a quality check of all deposit related documents within Info Access according to written procedures, legal titling, and bank policy

Verifies any new or revised safe deposit boxes have been uploaded to the system and performs a quality check for accuracy

Processes changes to the system for account maintenance including, but not limited to, statement maintenance, death notifications, address changes, closed accounts, and customer or account level updates

Verifies all appropriate documentation has been updated in the system according to CIP regulations

Sets up and performs maintenance of any changes to scheduled or overdraft protection transfers and commercial sweep products within IBS Insight

Processes daily reports to ensure documents are being received according to compliance and CD transactions and penalties are being reported correctly

Scans and indexes all paper documentation for retention

Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred

At least one year of operations or banking experience preferred

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers, acting with customers in mind

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with officers and gain their trust and respect

Ability to pull resources to get things done and orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal.

Uses resources effectively and efficiently & arranges information and files in a useful manner

Capable of using rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all possible sources for answers; can see hidden problems; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers

Knowledge of FIS Insight/Onbase desired

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $19.25 - $22.50 (Annualized at 40 hours per week: $40,040 - $46,800)
