Content Creator, Associate Learning & Development - Onsite

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop engaging content for multiple channels including email campaigns, digital signage, and on-demand learning, such as eLearning modules, ensuring alignment with business strategy and learning objectives.

2. Manage project plans and schedules across multiple content development workstreams, tracking deliverables and maintaining project timelines to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction goals.

3. Create and maintain reporting on program performance and content effectiveness against defined goals and objectives, using data to drive continuous improvement.

4. Review and update existing content assets to ensure they remain current, effective, and aligned with business strategy and learning ecosystem resources.

5. Support cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and timeline requirements.

6. Develop and maintain proficiency with content creation and deployment tools to deliver effective learning opportunities and experiences

Required Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of professional experience in content development, communications, or learning and development

2. Experience with program administration and basic project management

3. Effective and efficient communication and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and schedule a high workload

4. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences

5. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia)

2. Background in marketing, communications, or instructional design

3. Experience with digital content analytics and performance metrics
