Job Overview:



The ELS (Electronic Location System) / Shoe Expeditor Supervisor leads a team of colleagues who are responsible for the completion of the fulfillment process for Customer orders generated from the sales floor. The Supervisor drives ELS fulfillment Best Practices and achieves store productivity compliance. They teach ELS Policies & Procedures to ensure shoes are delivered to sellers / customers within the goal time of 2 minutes or less. The Supervisor sets high standards and motivates the ELS team to meet objectives that augment the customer experience.


Essential Functions:



  • Follow up with team members to ensure process is followed
  • Embraces and utilizes technology
  • Participates in other store functions and / or assist the customer as needed


Qualifications and Competencies:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

1-2 years related experience



  • Strong Interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information professionally and with diverse groups of customers and peers
  • Resourceful and able to adapt to quickly changing priorities
  • Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends and / or holidays


Physical Requirements:



  • Requires periods of walking, standing, communicating, reaching, crouching and climbing ladders
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
  • Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
