We are looking for a Senior Business Manager to help run CISO Operations within Microsoft Security.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. ResponsibilitiesDrive business direction for the leadership team, as well as develop and carry out the rhythm of business (ROB). Execute business plans to ensure continuous operations in both normal and adverse conditions.Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to oversee the creation and implementation of communication strategy, organizational priorities and business deliverables.Provide leadership support by ensuring business activities are aligned with their goals. This will involve leveraging key partnerships to drive leadership agenda and give strategic advice, and supporting one or more key business management areas.Monitor organizational health, respond to team culture issues, and lead cultural initiatives. This will involve planning and executing trainings, ensuring a healthy compliance scorecard, and identifying team strengths and development areas.Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet changing business requirements and manage complex business needs.
