Position Description: LCG Growth team is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Architect (Part Time) to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the design, development, and maintenance of organizational systems. The Software Architect will ensure the architecture and functionality of multiple systems align with business objectives and comply with federal standards. This role involves overseeing application enhancements, customizations, database administration, workflow management, and compliance with applicable accessibility and security requirements. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $126,100 to $158,800 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. The target salary is $140,800 per year. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
