Description
Essential Functions:
- Measure chemicals, mix various formulations, transfer solution.
- Communicate with Production, Maintenance and Warehouse to ensure product quality
- Communicate with supervisor and converting on various projects and daily operations
- Documenting lot numbers, times and quantities of chemicals on batch sheets for traceability
- Perform sanitation on all equipment used in the Chemical Mix Area
- Excellent Fork Lift qualifications/skills
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary to fulfill the needs of the Chemical Mix Area
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Will have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility shall be considered a part of your performance.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written skills
- Excellent math skills including multiplication, division, addition, subtraction
- Self starter, motivated with a positive attitude
- Reliable individual with excellent attendance record
- Computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to retain data
- Lifting containers up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand at least 8-12 hours
- Ability to wear PPE including boots, gloves, face shield and others.
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively alone unsupervised
