Pay Range: $68,621-$81,489

JOB SUMMARY: This unique dual-role is vital to our operations, blending the coordination of exceptional guest experiences at a private ranch and human resources expertise for our manufacturing facility. The individual will be responsible for all the human resource functions for a manufacturing facility of 50 + employees as well as managing guest houses for sales meetings, customers, guided hunting experiences, and other visits as requested. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR functions while delivering first-class hospitality for our valued guests.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Hospitality Coordinator (50%)

  • Oversee all aspects of guest stays in the ranch's four guest houses, ensuring high standards of comfort and care.
  • Coordinate guest itineraries, including arrivals, departures, and hunting schedules.
  • Act as the primary contact for guest needs, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to inquiries and special requests.
  • Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to prepare and maintain guest houses.
  • Arrange meals, refreshments, and other on-site amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, preferences, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Uphold the ranch's reputation for premium hospitality and seamless service.


Human Resource Generalist (50%)

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for staff, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support employee performance management, feedback, and development initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and facilitate open communication with staff.
  • Draft and implement HR policies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in conflict resolution, employee relations, and team-building activities.
  • Other administrative duties as required


SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience working in private hospitality, hunting lodges, or ranch environments.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) or HRIS software.
  • Knowledge of guided hunting operations and guest activity coordination.
  • A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, hospitality, or a combination of both.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
