Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical surroundings: Office and shop environment with typical office machines and exposure to noise and temperature as well as exposure to typical hazards of jobsite, including ladders, construction materials, etc. Physical Effort: Extensive sitting, standing, walking. Repetitive keying, typing. Some filing necessary which will require lifting, bending, and/or utilizing a step stool. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time non-exempt position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch.
