What this job involves - We are seeking an experienced Workplace Strategist, Consultant to join our team in a full-time, long-term role with one of JLL's premier financial services clients. In this role, you will serve as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing workplace strategy and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional workplace experiences.
What is the day to day? Lead major workplace strategy programs and projects from development to implementation. Manage major projects pre and post occupancy studies and workplace research engagements. Establish and monitor global workplace metrics, providing data-driven insights. Compile multiple data points, survey information, anecdotal feedback, and loudspeaker feedback to identify macro workplace trends and solutions. Oversee neighborhood health tracking and liaise with change management teams on any follow-ups. Develop workplace performance metrics and partner with the data team to create a dashboard to monitor the health of our workplace. Drive innovation, trend analysis, and thought leadership in workplace strategy. Ensure strategic implementation of workplace design and experience initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on workplace transformation. Align functional teams on data and analytics strategy, prioritizing feedback-to-action initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including experience, change management, and program management. Contribute to JLL Consulting's revenue goals through effective project management and team leadership. Maintain subject matter expertise in corporate real estate, workplace strategies, and organizational development. Desired experience and technical skills - Required Extensive experience in developing and implementing workplace strategies for large corporate clients. Strong understanding and use of workplace and real estate evaluation metrics to evaluate program success. Proven track record in delivering measurable outcomes through transformation projects. Strong data-driven decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, adept at managing complex projects. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams. Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in a relevant field preferred. 12+ of relevant experience in real estate consulting or industry roles with a focus on workplace strategy.
