About JLL's Pursuit & Proposal Management Team JLL's Pursuit & Proposal Management team is a key element in our growth as a firm, collaborating directly with the sales and account leadership to support the sales proposal process. With direct responsibilities including the analysis, management and execution of the proposal management process, our PPM teams act as an invaluable partner to the entire sales organization and is are crucial part of the sales cycle. The PPM supports each of JLL's target industries as well as key future drivers such as sustainability and advisory services. Our teams interact with virtually every aspect of JLL's service delivery to corporate clients. What the job involves: We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Pursuit Coordination to join our team. In this role, you will experience the complexities and opportunities of the sales cycle, apply your analytic skills to pipeline and workload management across a diverse team, and participate in development of strategic messaging and communications that speak to clients. As a Summer Intern in Proposal Coordination at JLL, you will: Support active pursuits alongside proposal management team. Manage workflow and tracking of proposal activities. Learn about developing sales strategies and messaging techniques. Assist in tracking and reporting proposal activity. Develop and enhance introductory presentations for clients. Support the writing and development of RFIs and RFPs to address client needs. Help build a database of content and data for future proposal needs. Partner with other interns in related functions (Solution Management, Knowledge Management) Program Details Dates: June 8, 2025 - August 8, 2025 Location: Chicago, IL Education, Skills, and Experience Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed Ability to write and edit in clear, concise, and compelling language Strong organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills Creative mindset and skills a great plus We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.
