ABOUT THE POSITION: This position is vital to the success of our production operations, ensuring we are exceed customer expectations by delivering outstanding, high-quality lighting products. As a Senior Quality Engineer, your top priorities will be reducing non-conformance and cost of quality, leading and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), and supporting the Product Development Process. You will engage directly with customers to align on expectations, own the resolution of top customer complaints, and drive improvements through structured problem-solving methodologies. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: You'll have 7+ years of Quality Engineering-related experience within a similar manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive, medical, or aerospace industry, along with a Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or another Science-related equivalent. An ASQ certification as a CQE is preferred, along with experience ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You are knowledgeable in ISO 9000 and IATF standards and proficient in statistical analysis tools, Metrology/CMM, and GD&T.
