The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is looking for it's next HR & Payroll Coordinator. Join the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in its mission to welcome, inform and inspire all. As part of the University of Minnesota's (UMN) College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences (CFANS), the Arboretum prioritizes equity, diversity, and inclusion while fostering exploration and stewardship of the natural world. This position, reporting to the HR Manager, works with two HR professionals (Employee Experience Leads) to implement strategic initiatives in alignment with the University's PEAK initiative, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR processes for attracting and retaining talent. This role serves as the unit's Time and Absence Administrator, managing biweekly payroll for ~250 employees, including P&A, Civil Service, labor-represented, seasonal, and temporary This position will work on-site at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum located in Chaska, MN, and will offer a hybrid work opportunity.
