Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Support IFM, PDS and Property Management groups.
Provide analytical support for business leaders to support decision making
Support development of financial forecasts - both full year plans and mid-year updates
Provide analytical support to transform behaviors and techniques
Support analysis to drive growth and profitability, as well as cost-savings and improvements
Analyze performance data to forecast/trend
Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information
Support and track client billing activities
Assist with the calculation of fees (i.e., Management and Incentive) as needed.
Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives
Analyze performance data to forecast/trend.
All other duties and tasks assigned.
Special projects and other functions as required by manager
Maintain working knowledge of Master Services Agreement and any relevant amendments or appendices

Teamwork
Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting.
Provide training at the site level
Demonstrate high level of customer service with business leadership, finance and accounting team.
Collaborate with team to share and improve technical skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
4-6 years related experience
Strong financial/analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication skills; comfortable working with senior leaders
Experience with FP&A development of budgets and forecast updates
Handles multiple tasks, manages time effectively, and establishes priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Seeks to understand drivers and actively manages to improve bottom line efficiencies
Makes timely decisions balancing effectiveness with efficiency
Drives to effective solutions with urgency
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent Excel skills; complex formulas
