Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst with a solid foundation in information technology, data management, and problem-solving to support enterprise-level operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex systems and processes, ensuring data quality and governance, and driving impactful data analysis for decision-making.

Responsibilities



  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality frameworks.
  • Design and execute strategies for Test Data Management and ensure adherence to Data Architecture and Data Security standards.
  • Utilize programming languages such as SQL, Java, Python, and R to support data analysis, modeling, and system enhancements.
  • Leverage data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SAS, SPSS) and database query languages to extract and interpret meaningful insights.
  • Create comprehensive reports and develop data visualizations using tools like Tableau and R Studio to present findings effectively.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods and techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
  • Ensure compliance with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other federal standards for cybersecurity and information assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional enterprise-level teams to implement best practices and align business processes with strategic goals.
  • Oversee network management, hardware installation, and enterprise communications to maintain operational excellence.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in areas such as complex problem-solving, systems and software management, cyber security, and business process improvement.
  • Proven expertise in data management, governance, quality assurance, and enterprise-level data security.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages, data analysis tools, and visualization platforms.
  • Familiarity with DoD RMF and experience leading cross-functional teams at an enterprise level.
  • Advanced knowledge of database management and query languages (SQL).
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills for tackling complex systems and business challenges.
  • Ability to manage enterprise-level teams and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing data architecture and security frameworks.
  • Proficient in confluence and R


Preferred Skills and Experience



  • Demonstrated understanding of test data management and its role in system validation.
  • Experience in creating advanced visualizations and reports that drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for data standardization and data-driven process improvements.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
