Space Data Manager
We are seeking a Space Data Manager to effectively manage key client space and occupancy data, providing critical data reporting to support strategic planning functions and sharing critical data with other relevant technology solutions as appropriate. Role Purpose As a Space Data Manager, you will be the single point of contact for the CAFM/IWMS database, drawing, and application related support.You will drive consistent processes for submitting, reviewing, and approving data change requests.You will lead the recurring site data validation (space audits) program to ensure seat assignments and floor plans are accurate. You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the relevant space data management system because you will be the Subject Matter Expert on the Occupancy Planning and overall account team.You will be a key member of the allocation/chargeback cycle and related reporting requirements. What this job involves Key responsibilities include: To be successful in this role, you should be able to translate space data and reporting accuracy into the overall planning goals for our client by fostering critical relationships between various individuals and different organizations. You must be able to support the development of a lead a team and manage them in the development and delivery of data program outputs. The data program scope requires the lead to Support data planning, management, and workplace analysis across various strategic initiatives Provide data trends, business insights and data reporting recommendations based on advanced data analysis as it pertains to the holistic portfolio ecosystem Effectively transform and communicate various streams of workplace data into insightful reporting Use available data resources to review data accuracy and identify data anomalies Provide monthly, quarterly data tracking and data reporting for KPI deliverables and artifacts Collaborate with site teams to research and correct data gaps and data inaccuracies Work with cross-functional teams to collect and organize data with the ability to report findings clearly Review and ensure that all analyses delivered are accurate and meet deadlines Contribute new ideas and assist senior team members in the research and development of new data sets and dashboards Build and maintain continuous reporting that highlights relevant data trends and opportunities for improvementof data integrity Build and present data that is tailored to specific audiences Every day is different, and in all these activities, we'd encourage you to show your ingenuity. Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have: A Bachelor's degree and previous CAFM Experience is required. Specific experience with FM Systems would be ideal, or comparable experience with other systems(i.e. Archibus, Serraview, Manhattan, Tririga or similar). Previous experience in space/occupancy planning is highly desirable. You'll need to be dynamic and technologically savvy.If you have AutoCAD skills, you will have an advantage. You will be successful if you have proficiency in Microsoft Excel to organize data. You'll be effective in your role by learning to ask the right questions to understand the underlying needs of our clients. You'll discover how to be proactive and innovative with solutions for your stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are important - both written and spoken - and we'll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines. You keep on top of things as you'll often need to reorganize your time day to day, to deal with your team's changing necessities and requests. An individual with strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with external and internal clients will be successful in the role.
