What you'll do

The SIS Systems Administrator Intern will be responsible for building and configuring the Infinite Campus application for new and existing districts transitioning to a new platform. They will pre-configure environments, utilize enterprise ticketing systems such as Jira and Salesforce, and follow established workflows documented in the company's Wiki pages. Other duties include creating cases, managing administrative tasks, coordinating deployment processes, configuring server resources, running automated tasks, and adhering to security guidelines while accessing production data.

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this position is someone pursuing a BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field. They should have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Server, Office, and SQL. This person must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of quickly learning new concepts. Additionally, they should possess excellent organizational skills, follow instructions meticulously, and maintain positive working relationships with team members, customers, and business partners.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate professionalism, meet deadlines, deliver quality results, and ensure adherence to the company's master security guidelines. Furthermore, as this role may involve working directly with customer contracts, the candidate may be required to pass an extensive background check.
