The Christman Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant. As the Administrative Assistant for Christman's "Copper Connect" business unit, this role supports the marketing, business development, and client/partner experience areas of the company. This position performs a variety of duties such as data entry, coordinating and scheduling meetings and conferences, providing assistance on special projects, answering correspondence, and prioritizing and organizing workloads. In addition, this role interacts with a diverse group of important external clients as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization and must maintain confidentiality. Aptitude for providing administrative support in a deadline-driven environment and wholehearted commitment to building strong partnerships to support project and strategic goals is critical for success. What You Will Do: As Administrative Assistant, your primary daily responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: 1. Produce Office Documents

Work Environment and Physical Demands: This position will be conducted in a temperature-controlled professional office environment, with moderate noise. The role will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and file cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen sit, walk, reach, kneel, stoop, crouch, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel and to operate a computer keyboard and phone while maintaining visual acuity. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and or carry lightweight (under 20 pounds) objects.
