AMP Program - High School Student Trainee

Duration: 10-week rotational program

Hours: Approximately 6 hours per week

Overview: NSK Corporation is offering an exciting internship opportunity for high school students enrolled in the AMP Program who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. This internship will provide a comprehensive overview of four key departments: Safety, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality. Interns will have the opportunity to shadow experienced professionals, participate in department activities, and work on small projects.

Projects:



  • Each intern will be assigned small projects in each department to develop practical skills and knowledge.
  • Projects may include tasks such as data collection and analysis, report generation, and participation in team meetings.


Qualifications:



  • Currently enrolled in high school (preferably junior or senior year).
  • Currently enrolled in AMP Program.


  • Must meet competencies from AMP program.
  • Strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial processes.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
