Position Function |
The position functions as the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors at Cardinal Central. Assists with signing guests into our queuing system and provides general information about the university, on-campus programs, and events. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing the Welcome Desk operation, ensuring the reception area's smooth operation, and supporting Cardinal Central's administrative functions. |
Minimum Education |
Associate's degree or equivalent in office administration, business administration, or related field. |
Minimum Experience |
Over one year in a receptionist or customer service role in an educational or service-oriented environment. Experience with modern technologies and systems. |
Minimum Other |
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Needs to work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. |
Authorization to work in the US |
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. |

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; student information systems (Salesforce and Banner); and waitlist queuing systems (WaitWhile). |
