Pay Range USD $28.20 - USD $30.74 /Hr. Overview Reporting to the Director of the Clarkson School, this position is responsible for providing support for TCS. Manages and oversees all aspects of the student experience within The Clarkson School, including academic advising, management of events, extracurricular programs and works with the Area Coordinator for The Clarkson School on residential life. Advises Clarkson School students and manages the logistics for TCS events with current students and alumni and TCS summer programming. Spearhead event planning, communications and program planning functions. Responsibilities Academic Advising Academic Advising and Course Registration: Academic Progress Management: Student Record Maintenance and Program Assessment: Programs and Event Planning Community-Building Activities: Communication and Publications: Yearbook Oversight: Event Logistics: Calendars and Scheduling: Other Responsibilities Budget Planning and Strategic Initiatives: Collaboration on Marketing and Alumni Relations: Qualifications Education: Master's degree preferred (for Associate level position) * Preferred Qualifications: Essential Skills * Understanding of Academic Advising: Knowledge of academic advising practices and programs for talented students is beneficial.
