Job Title:SVP, National Deposit Vertical Team Lead Job Description:

Summary

Responsible for assisting in the execution of the deposit strategy for the National Deposit Vertical Division by leading the sales teams and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Manages, coaches and develops the business development officers to ensure achievement of individual goals that align with corporate goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the sales team that is responsible for developing new National Deposit Vertical deposit account relationships.

  • Act as a thought partner to the leadership team on marketing and sales strategy, policies and processes for the National Deposit Vertical.

  • Aligns marketing, sales, product and client processes to a unified strategy.

  • Oversees onboarding and development of the team ensuring individual production goals are met.

  • Partners with product partners and regional leadership to develop, communicate, and implement the sales strategy in order to meet business objectives and referrals.

  • Maintains and develops relationships with clients and industry associations.

  • Resolve escalated issues and coordinates with other departments and leadership as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams virtually in various markets.

  • Excellent business development and relationship management skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of national deposit products/services, banking operations, and current market trends.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Manages the National Deposit Vertical sales team

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A) four year college or university.

  • Minimum ten years experience working in a sales environment.

  • Five plus years of banking experience

  • Five plus years of specific industry experience

  • Five plus years of management experience.

Computer and Software Skills

  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Google applications

  • Salesforce

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

  • None

Additional Information

Position does include regular travel to multiple markets served by Enterprise Bank & Trust within the United States.
