This position is based out of our Littleton, CO office and the pay range for this role is $24/hr - $27/hr. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

The Office Manager is a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual whose efforts ensure that office needs are met in our Littleton, Colorado office. This person is a team player with a great ability to multi-task!

Your impact:

• Maintain office supplies/stock, cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance
• Contact building vendors and management on any issues that arise or equipment needed
• Shipping of customer payroll and accounts payables packages during peak times
• Calendar management with MS Office for a variety of individuals
• Event Management for occasions such as new babies, homes, birthdays, and other ad-hoc events
• Communicate key messaging to all company through multiple streams
• Stock conference rooms, kitchen and overall office with all needed supplies
• Negotiate with all supply Vendors to ensure best pricing. IE coffee vendor, etc.
• Coordinate desk and IT needs for new hires and/or people visiting the office

About you:

• 2+ Years of office support in a corporate environment
• Exceptional administrative/customer service skills
• Organization skills: prioritizing, productivity, creating and maintaining deadlines and collaboration
• Communication skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license
