Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilites:

Brand governance

  • Monitor, review, and respond to governance-related requests received through the Brand Help Desk and route complex questions to appropriate team members as needed
  • Identify gaps in guidelines based on real-life applications received through the Brand Help Desk
  • Continuously develop brand expertise and apply learnings to drive consistency within the Lenovo brand
  • Support the development and implementation of brand governance processes
  • Support brand advocacy initiatives and tasks as assigned
  • Proactively audit Lenovo-branded content to ensure brand alignment

Brand communications

  • Coordinate content for the 'Unboxing the brand' newsletter to the broader marketing organization on important brand updates
  • Maintain distribution lists for two target audiences (WW employees and creative agencies) on internal and external platforms

Brand platform management

  • Review content and participate in site audits/QA of Brand World platform and brand resources (PDF toolkits, templates, tools, etc.), assess for necessary changes and/or outdated/inaccessible content
  • Review and analyze Brand World site analytics, assess for trends/impact and craft actionable insights

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., marketing, communications, graphic design, business)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in branding, marketing, or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of branding principles and concepts
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
  • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges
