Your Path as a Mental Health Intern:

Our Mental Health Internship Program is designed to complement your academic coursework by providing hands-on, in-person clinical experience. Here, you will gain confidence and professional growth while managing your own client caseload in a supportive and structured environment. • Maintain case documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team and benefit from direct mentorship and supervision.
  • Participate in training and discussions aimed at developing culturally competent and empathetic care practices.

Program Highlights:

  • Hands-on Clinical Experience: Engage directly with clients, fostering your growth as a capable and compassionate mental health provider.
  • Support and Mentorship: Work closely with a clinical supervisor and receive guidance from our supportive team of licensed therapists.
  • Meaningful Impact: Make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals who might not otherwise have access to quality mental health services.

Commitment Details:

  • Internship duration of two consecutive semesters or ideally a one-year commitment.
  • Expected availability: 10 to 24 hours per week during office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM).
  • Start Date: Fall 2025 and 2026

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a master's degree program in Social Work or a counseling-related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player committed to forming impactful relationships.
