Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Management Specialist/Senior Test Engineer for the Tenants Contract, supporting the Air Force Division at the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate's Technology Integration Division (AFRL/RWI).

JOB DETAILS

LOCATION: Eglin AFB, FL

JOB STATUS: Full Time

TRAVEL: 5-10%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Master's Degree
• 10 Years of Experience
• Secret Clearance with ability to maintain Top Secret (US Citizenship required)
• Prior AF or DoD experience with Developmental and/or Operational Flight Test
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, maintaining multiple spreadsheets & tracking test events and test data

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• DAWIA Test and Evaluation Level II, or Practitioner desired
• Air Delivered weapons testing experience is highly desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support for test planning and execution, to include defining test objectives and data requirements, participation in pre-test technical and safety reviews, and analysis of test data.
• Provide real-world operator/warfighter experience and expertise on next-generation weapon development capability planning and problem-solving
• Provide cross-functional team support with expertise in acquisition program management, test and evaluation, aircraft operations, and international military affairs
• Provide technical advice on new, high profile quick reaction Science and Technology demonstration programs
