About the Team The Ventures Innovation team at Electronic Arts is dedicated to exploring new opportunities beyond the bounds of traditional gaming; specifically new opportunities across the rapidly evolving industry as well as disruptive forms of sports entertainment. As part of the Experiences organization, we are a forward-thinking team of innovators, strategists, creatives, engineers, and statisticians. Together, we incubate disruptive products, features, and capabilities that sit outside the core gaming experiences of EA, breaking new ground in interactive experiences and sports entertainment. The Role As a Lead Experience Designer at EA reporting to the Senior Manager of Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital experiences ecosystem, bringing concepts to life around and beyond our games. The Lead Experience Designer will lead the design strategy for new concepts coming from our strategic arm, building a design vision, and ensuring high quality in all discovery, user interactions and design execution for the project. The person in this position will be expected to not only generate solid design in the form of a structured framework and systems, but also ensure that the execution is world class, with a focus on user interaction, behavior, and frictionless engagement. There will be an expectation of very good communication and presentation skills. This is a major opportunity to contribute creatively on many new experiences across EA. You will be at the forefront of designing user-centric experiences, and not only leading the strategy but also executing the work alongside other top product designers. We're looking for a creative and experienced Lead Designer who is not only passionate about gaming but also possesses the ability to think critically, solve complex design problems, and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
