TEKsystems is actively looking to hire 2 Cable Technicians in Tulsa, OK. Ideal candidates have experience cabling or in the electrical field.
*Description* This person will work on commercial projects in the Tulsa area and Pryor. These projects will consist primarily of structured cabling, including pulling, terminating, and testing data and fiber cable. Some projects will include installing wireless access points and A/V systems. Crews will work in teams of 2 for most projects, with some requiring a bigger crew. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m If working in Pryor, they will be working 7am-430pm. *Skills* Cat6, Cat5, cabling, termination testing, Punchdown, fiber optic cabling *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Needs to have their own basic hand tools (snips, crimps, screwdriver set and a punch-down tool) Must have reliable transportation *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
