The person in this position administers, plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates housing stability and homeless prevention programs. The coordination of these programs will require the program analyst to interpret a variety of state / federal statutes and policies and provides related technical assistance to program grantees. This position will develop or assist in the development of program standards, OARs, Operational Manuals and other necessary documents to guide program operations within and outside the agency. This position may support programs initiated via Executive Order. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years' experience coordinating or administering a program. The Section enacts the vision of the Statewide Housing Plan through a concerted and unrelenting effort to eliminate the racial disparities that are evident amongst the population of people experiencing homelessness. The Section builds diverse partnerships of stakeholders, from community-based organizations, culturally responsive organizations, and units of local government to provide an all-encompassing approach to homelessness in Oregon.
