CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our Infrastructure - Sewer Assessment & Rehabilitation Team at our Greenville, SC office.



YOUR IMPACT

Clean and safe water and wastewater management is vital for every community's well-being. CHA delivers environmentally friendly and cost-effective water, wastewater and stormwater projects, handling every step from assessment to planning and design in these critical situations.

The Construction Manager will play a crucial role in steering the daily operations of our construction projects. The ideal candidate can effectively coordinate with contractors, engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction, meticulously process pay applications, conduct thorough site visits, and generate and manage detailed work orders. This dynamic position requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader who can drive projects to successful completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

    Associate's degree in Engineering Science, Construction Services or related technical field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


SALARY RANGE:

$85,000 - $110,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
