The Position
2025 Summer IT Workplace Services Intern - End User, Workplace, and Site Experience Department Summary We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is passionate about providing world-class customer service & technical support to Genentech end users at the South San Francisco campus. As an On Site Support IT Workplace Services Intern, you will assist with organic walk-ups and pre-booked appointments at our 5 IT Bar locations, Lab & Supply Chain Enablement support for personnel in business critical environments, and Digital Media & Events support. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative work and projects & you'll be able to take full advantage of Genentech's many career-building resources.This opportunity will provide a rich mix of technical, process, and soft-skill training, so if you are passionate about customer service, love technology, and want to have some fun while you work, then this Internship opportunity is for you! Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $45 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
