The University of Virginia School of Nursing is searching for a Senior Administrative Assistant (SAA) to support operations both within the Dean's Office and for the school's Partner Development and Engagement area. Reporting to the school's Chief of Staff, the SAA will execute core administrative functions in the Dean's office including supporting the Dean's calendar, coordinating Dean's office meetings, arranging the Dean's travel, and processing financial transactions on behalf of the Dean and Dean's office. The SAA will provide similar administrative support to the Associate Dean for Partner Development and Engagement and will coordinate frontline operations within the Associate Dean's broader team, including for the Director of Global Initiatives. Candidates should be detail oriented, willing to learn and work within a range of software systems and have a strong commitment to customer service. Responsibilities:
