How will you make a difference to PMI?

PMI is seeking a Manager of Marketing Operations to take on a strategic and operational leadership role focused on optimizing marketing processes, boosting efficiency, and driving innovation. This role will utilize advanced tools, including AI-powered technologies, to ensure seamless marketing execution, maximize resource efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Manager will work collaboratively across teams to prioritize and execute initiatives effectively, delivering maximum value through data-driven strategies. By fostering creativity and operational excellence, this role aligns marketing efforts with organizational objectives to achieve impactful results.

What you'll bring to the role:




  • Streamline Processes: Develop and implement and look for ways to continuously improve efficient workflows and cross-functional coordination to produce high-quality, brand-compliant marketing campaign assets.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments on critical business initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to adapt verbal and written communication to suit audiences at various levels and foster productive collaboration through facilitation, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding of outcomes, risks, and next steps.
  • Meet Deadlines: Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of creative outputs without compromising quality.
  • Align with Strategy: Ensure all creative outputs align with strategic objectives, effectively managing resources to maximize impact.
  • Budget Management: Support Director in managing the marketing budget tracking and financial accruals in partnership with Finance. Monitor budget utilization, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-effective strategies. Manage Jira tickets and procurement requirements to ensure a streamlined and disciplined approach to marketing spend.
  • Vendor Engagement: Support Director with managing all vendor relations, from media platforms and agencies to contractors and consultants to continuously evaluate vendor performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Leverage Technology: Identify and implement tools and technology to track project results and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to inform decisions and optimize marketing strategies, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Develop and deliver monthly executive reports.
  • Foster Team Culture: Create and maintain a collaborative and productive team environment that encourages creativity, professional growth, and accountability.



Role Qualifications:




  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in a strategic and creative environment working with internal resources, as well as external agencies, contractors, and vendors.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management within the marketing space
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • PMP certified required
