Description
The VP, Business Development & Customer Service will seek and drive new business opportunities, solicit RFP opportunities, manage sales and contract activities across all business units for all services offered by Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services. The VP will be responsible for developing new customers accounts while assuring contractual alignment with industry standards are completed to assure fair and equitable terms for AMES. This position will interact routinely with customers to ensure our understanding of operation issues through direct customer interaction. The position will ensure timeliness of completed RFP responses, expanding revenue through cross-selling and up-selling of services, developing strategic alliances while promoting opportunities that achieve overall financial and performance goals. This position will support leadership in operations and administrative groups to earn business for the company. This position will also provide oversight to the Stores, Shipping & Receiving and Material Sales functions. Required Job Skills:
