Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Marketing and Data Analyst to join IFF's Taste Digital Hub team. This role will involve analyzing lead data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities. The Digital Marketing Operations Manager will generate reports on lead generation and campaign performance, conversion rates, and sales pipeline status, using insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve lead quality. The role will also be responsible for channel and tool reporting, providing insights for next steps based on data, and reporting on the overall digital impact.

Lead and Data Management

* Support ongoing lead management process updates
* Educate teams on the lead management process, including lead nurturing, follow-up, and handoff to sales, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lead handling.
* Implement systems to capture lead data from various sources such as website forms, social media, email campaigns, and events, managing cross channel integrations as needed
* Work with agency to develop lead scoring models to prioritize leads and segment them for targeted marketing efforts and handoff to sales
* Work with agency to regularly update and clean the database, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Governance and Training

* Manage ongoing lead management governance and process
* Manage SFDC campaign governance, tags for campaigns, sending campaigns to comms team for showpad
* Channel governance and compliance
* Develops and drives digital governance
* Align with sales and marketing teams on lead qualification criteria and processes, fostering collaboration between teams and ensuring use of campaigns in opportunities to track pipeline influence
* Performance Metrics and KPIs : Train teams on tracking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and sales, encouraging regular review of performance metrics.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

* Analyze lead data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
* Generate reports on lead generation performance, conversion rates, and sales pipeline status.
* Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve lead quality.
* Channel and tool reporting and insights for next steps based on data
* Reports on overall digital impact
* Analyze lead data to identify trends, generate reports on lead generation performance, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of integrated digital channels, using data to refine strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness
* Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
* Analyze market trends and customer data to provide actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B (preferably enterprise) Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, and/or Demand Generation
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation and analysis tools (e.g., Pardot, Google Analytics, B2BMA)
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for data and driving growth
  • Experience with AI tools and technology a plus
