Position Title: Benefits/HRIS Specialist

Salary: Based on Experience

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS/Benefits Specialist to join our client's team and own key processes within their Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone with a knack for working with data, and a passion for optimizing systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and eager to improve existing processes. You thrive in an environment where you can take ownership, optimize systems, and contribute to broader HR initiatives.

Benefits/HRIS Specialist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Attendance Management: Streamline attendance tracking by leveraging tools and technology, reducing reliance on manual processes, and utilizing attendance data to inform decisions.

- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment and manage benefits-related inquiries.

- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.

- Onboarding and Offboarding: Support processes for new hires and exiting employees to ensure a smooth transition.

- Data Utilization: Use UKG Pro, Kronos, and other HR systems to analyze data and drive strategic decisions.

- General HR Support: Provide support in employee relations, recruiting, and other HR duties as needed.

Benefits/HRIS Specialist Requirements:

- 1+ years of HR experience required; 3+ years preferred.

- Bachelor's degree a plus; high school diploma required.

- Strong understanding of UKG Pro, Kronos, and attendance tracking tools.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to analyze and break down Time & Attendance (T&A) data.

- Comfortable working with technology to enhance efficiency.
