SUMMARY
Responsible for leading the effort to match supply with demand when manufacturing across multiple manufacturing sites. Executes to and continuously improves tools and processes required to support capacity planning in accordance with business strategies. Works with individual contributors in a variety of departments to continuously improve customer delivery and total cost metrics.
POSITION SUMMARY

Job Summary

POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute and optimize tools and processes that span multiple manufacturing sites and improve the business' ability to match supply and demand.

This includes but is not limited to operations planning, raw material inventory strategy, finished good inventory strategy, supply forecasting
Recommends and develops continuous improvement work that may require collaboration with external suppliers or individual contributors in departments such as IT, sourcing, operations, order intake (CERT), or logistics.
Work with operations leaders including plant managers to assist in budgeting volumes across multiple manufacturing sites
Coach and mentor supply chain analysts and planners across multiple manufacturing sites to improve delivery metrics, cost metrics, and share continuous improvement activities.
Works jointly with leadership to implement supply chain strategies and best practices.
Performs as a subject matter expert for information and material flow from order entry to customer delivery
DIRECTION OF OTHERS:
This role will coach others including analysts and planners
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
4-year degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related degree and 5 years' experience preferred.
Demonstrates mastery level of knowledge and expertise within discipline including relevant methodologies (ERP, lean, architecture, supplier development)
Strong facilitation skills. Able to facilitate discussion and decision making with value stream managers, and marketing managers.
Strong ability to extract, analyze, and summarize data. Use data to make decisions affecting multiple manufacturing sites
Demonstrates knowledge utilizing lean tools used across an organization such as product flow from order to delivery
Experience with change management strategies required to support a department.
COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216-$153,784.

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2024 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
