We aim to deliver role-based curricula to Citrix sellers, partners, and customers, equipping them with the relevant skills and knowledge needed to sell, deploy, manage and service Citrix solutions. This will enable product adoption, customer success, value realization, and increased revenue.

The Project & Vendor Manager oversees Citrix's learning production vendor relationships, ensuring efficient delivery of enablement content within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. This role is integral to managing processes within a larger marketing and learning enablement ecosystem, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and facilitating productive meetings and workshops. It requires active participation in vendor-defined processes such as rapid prototyping and QA, driving adherence to these standards. Additionally, the manager acts as a backup for the corporate librarian and content manager for the Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Monitor and manage concurrent medium to large-sized projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Process Oversight: Collaborate with vendors to develop, refine, and enforce processes, including rapid prototyping, QA, and content validation.
  • Content & Technical Support: Provide backup for publishing, configuring content, and resolving technical issues within the CMS/LMS.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain daily communication with vendors, balancing workloads and ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational standards.
  • Budget Management: Oversee vendor budgets, including approvals, statements of work, and financial authorizations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Track risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and implement operational efficiencies to optimize workflows.
  • Facilitation: Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops to align cross-functional teams, document outcomes, and drive decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain cooperative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end project cycles, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Proficiency in project management and budget tracking tools.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead challenging meetings and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in managing collaborative processes within a large marketing or enablement organization.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality in deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management or a related field.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Background in content production and enablement deliverables.
  • Familiarity with CMS/LMS systems and associated technical workflows.
