Position Overview

Drive key program work streams for the Career Connect platform, focusing on mentorship, gigs, and redeployment initiatives that enable employees to develop new skills and explore career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Lead implementation of key career programs, like gigs
  • Design and execute adoption campaigns across business units
  • Develop success metrics and tracking mechanisms
  • Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies

Platform Enhancement

  • Partner with Product team to enhance Career Passport functionality
  • Provide business requirements and user feedback to guide product development
  • Support testing and refinement of new features
  • Identify opportunities for platform improvement based on user needs

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across business units
  • Create and deliver training materials and communication plans
  • Support regional teams with implementation and adoption
  • Regular reporting on program metrics and success stories

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years program management experience, ideally in careers or similar HR programs
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Change management experience

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.
