Software Engineer Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid, 50%) Job ID: #70368 Pay Range: $49-100 Job Description This Engineer applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. They must be able to design, develop, document, test, and debug software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment. Responsibilities Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, and compiles documentation of program development. Analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Qualifications MUST have Unreal Engine (UE) development experience (4+ years). This may include C++, Blueprint, Rendering, Optimization, Python, Sequencer, Movie Render Queue, Control Rig, and more. Please provide examples if not listed here. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Advanced degrees desirable. Worker will Telework >= 50%. Must be a US Citizen (No Visas or C2C/C2H can be supported). Standard 40-hour availability weekly. Able to work a W2 contract opportunity.
