Our team in Corporate Group is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join them. You will report to the Assistant Corporate Counsel and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

To be considered for the Senior Corporate Counsel role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree, with active bar membership.
• 5+ years in a major law firm specializing in corporate, technology, or IP law, or more than 7 years of corporate commercial experience as in-house counsel within a large global organization.

As a Senior Corporate Counsel, you will:

• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Research and develop policies and procedures in line with federal, international, and commercial procurement regulations and laws.
• Collaborate with business teams to implement initiatives and transactions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to support decision-making processes.
• Offer counsel and advice to cross-functional stakeholders on a wide range of issues.
• Promote a common understanding of business processes and expectations to ensure success.
• Provide guidance and training to contract and program personnel within the operating group.
• Ensure contract terms align with company policies and goals, and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
