Start your journey as a Manufacturing Engineer at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll provide technical support to production work cells for continuous improvement with specific focus on quality, productivity, cost reductions, safety and effective corrective actions. Our Engineering team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.



Are You Looking to


  • Develop detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly.
  • Interface with production operators and technicians to establish Manufacturing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification.
  • Interpret technical documentation related to product manufacturing and acceptability such as schematics; engineering drawings, customer controlled specifications, and military/industry standards.



Are You Ready to


  • Support implementation of all key matrices. Records, summarizes, and presents data/information to department operations.
  • Monitors trends in quality data (yields, defects per million, scrap, CARs), executes corrective actions and identifies continual improvement opportunities in response to product and process failures.
  • Drives the optimization of process efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration with production operators, supervisors, and technicians by utilizing effective root cause and corrective action analysis.



What You'll Need


  • BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
  • 1-5 years relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
